Overlooking East River, Gantry Plaza State Park is situated in Long Island City. This 12-acres (4.9 hectares) park offers stunning views of Manhattan city, which located across the river. They offers facilities like children’s playground, a promenade, many athletic courts and fields and areas of picnicking. Several movies like Munich and The Interpreter have been filmed here. This pet-friendly park also offers facilities for fishing by the pier.
